Where can I buy ilo Cosmetics products?

ilo Cosmetics is an exclusive product of The Makeup Club and can only be purchased on www.themakeuplub.com or in our retail store located at 2205 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood FL, 33020.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do! We currently ship to the following countries:  Australia, Canada, and the UK.

Do you ship to PO Box?

Unfortunately we can not ship to P.O. Box.

How can I track my order?

A tracking # will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. If you still have questions please email orders@themakeupclub.com.

Can I make changes on an order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately no. Once your order has been placed and is confirmed we are unable to change your order. However, you can return your original order and we can help you place a new order.

Exchange Policy

We are unable to offer exchanges but we will gladly assist you with returning your order and completing a new order.

Damaged or defective products.

We apologize for the inconvenience. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours via email to orders@themakeupclub.com to be eligible for a claim. Please include photos of the damaged items in your email.

What countries does The Makeup Club ship to?

We currently offer international shipping for the following countries - Australia, Canada, and the UK.

How do I pay online if I am an international customer?

The Makeup Club accepts US credit cards, and PayPal. We do not International credit cards. If you are an International customer that does not have a US credit card, the only option you will have is PayPal.

Am I responsible for Customs, Duties, Taxes and Collection Fees?

What is The Makeup Club Pro Membership?

The Makeup Club is a one-stop shop for professional and upcoming makeup artists. The Makeup Club Pro Membership is our online and instore professional discount program where you can save up to 25% on select pro makeup brands. We have 2 Pro Membership tiers - Gold Pro Membership and Student Silver Membership. Gold Pro is intended for established MUAs and Silver Student Silver Membership for upcoming MUAs in beauty school. Gold Pro Members save up to 25% on select brands and Silver Student Members save up to 15%.

What brands are included in the Pro Membership discount?

Select pro brands are available for discount under our Pro Memberships. These brands include: RCMA, Graftobian, Mehron, Eve Pearl, Face Atelier, Gerard Cosmetics, Kryolan, Temptu, Skindinavia, Inglot, AJ Crimson, Cinema Secrets, and ilo Cosmetics. Discounts are subject to change without notice.

Am I eligible for a Pro Membership?

If you are a professional makeup artist, a licensed cosmetologist, licensed esthetician, or a student enrolled in beauty school and can supply the necessary forms of identification you are eligible for our pro discount. How do I apply for a Pro Membership?

Please visit our Pro Membership page to apply. Approval takes up to 10 business days.

Where can I use my Pro Membership Discount?

You can use your pro membership discount online or in-store.

How do I use my Pro Membership Discount on themakeupclub.com?

Once you are approved for a pro discount, you will receive an email with your username and custom password. Click on the link provided and log into your account with the username and password provided. Once logged in, all items on the pro discount will reflect your membership pricing. Please note the password provided will need to be changed once logged in.

Can I use my Pro Membership Discount for other people?

All orders that include Pro Membership discounts must be for your professional or individual use only. We review all orders to ensure the Pro Member name matches the credit card associated with the order. All names must match for an order to be successfully processed.

How long does my membership last? And how do I renew it?

Your Pro Membership is valid for 2 years. To renew you will have to re-apply and provide the necessary form of identification on our pro membership page here.

If I’m already a The Makeup Club Pro Member, do I have to register again on TheMakeupClub.com?

No! Please email pro@themakeupclub.com with your full name, DOB, and email. Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email with your username and password! Click on the link provided and log into your account with the username and password provided. Once logged in, all items on the pro discount will reflect your membership pricing. Please note the password provided will need to be changed once logged in.

Reward Points

Do my online purchases count toward my in-store reward points?

No. We are sorry to say, rewards points are only valid and redeemable in our in-store locations.

MUA Hands-On Training

What is the MUA Hands-On Training Program?

Our MUA Hands-On Training Program is our hands-on makeup education courses taught exclusively at The Makeup Club. It is intended for the makeup enthusiast seeking a professional career as a makeup artist and for establish industry professionals looking to sharpen and build their skill set.

What courses are available under the MUA Hands-On Training Program?

Currently the only course available under our MUA Hands-On Training Program is our 50 Hour Makeup Artistry Course designed to take you from makeup artist to makeup lover or professionals looking to hone their skill set.
Additional courses coming soon! Stay tuned.

Do I receive a certification at the end of the MUA Hands-On Training Program?

Yes. Each student receives a The Makeup Club Certificate of Completion signed by our CEO and the class instructor.

Does the program offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer payment plans to each and every student. To secure our seat in our MUA Hands-On Training Courses, you will need to pay our $350 non refundable deposit. By the first day of class, 50% of the entire tuition is due (this includes the deposit). By the last week of class, your entire tuition must be paid. From the time you make your deposit until the end of class, you can make any payments big or small, in-store or online. Please email us for more details: pro@themakeupclb.com.
